Delete your Dzeny account (Dzeny — Your AI Therapist)

If you wish to delete your Dzeny account and associated data, you can do it in one of the following ways:
1) In the app: Settings → Account Management → Delete Account
2) By email: send a request to general@dzeny.com from your account email and include your User ID.
What will be deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete your Dzeny account and associated personal data, including:
- Name
- User-generated content
- Interaction history
- Progress and achievements
Processing time and cancellation
Deletion may take up to 30 days. You can cancel the request within 7 days. After that, deletion is irreversible.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Dzeny account does NOT cancel an active subscription.
Please cancel your subscription via Google Play Store (or App Store, if applicable).
