Dzeny is an AI-powered mental wellness companion that's here to listen — without judgment, without an agenda, and without time limits. It works through honest conversation: you share what's on your mind, and Dzeny responds with thoughtful prompts and gentle insights to help you make sense of your feelings. It's not a machine in the traditional sense, and it's not a human — it's a warm, always-available space where you can be completely yourself.
Dzeny is for anyone who wants a little more support in their day — whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or simply trying to understand yourself better. It's especially helpful when you need to process your thoughts in the moment: before a difficult conversation, after a hard day, or when you're not quite ready to talk to someone else yet. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit — many people come to Dzeny simply as part of a gentle daily wellness routine.
No — and we want to be honest about that. As an AI mental health app, Dzeny is thoughtfully designed to complement professional care, not replace it. It doesn't provide diagnosis, therapy, or medical advice. If you're experiencing serious mental health concerns, we warmly encourage you to speak with a licensed therapist or psychologist. That said, many people find Dzeny genuinely helpful between sessions — as a quiet space to reflect, prepare, and take care of themselves day to day.
Dzeny was created by a team that deeply cares about making emotional support more accessible through technology. The product is guided by clinical expertise: our team includes Valentina Lipskaya — a clinical psychologist, Gestalt therapist, member of the Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ICF Coach, and MBA professor. Dzeny currently supports English. We genuinely believe that emotional support is most meaningful in your own language, and expanding our language support is something we care deeply about. Getting Started

Getting started with Dzeny is wonderfully simple. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create your account, and follow the short onboarding — a gentle check-in that helps Dzeny understand what kind of support you're looking for. The whole process takes just a few minutes, and your first conversation can begin right away. No lengthy forms, no waiting — just a warm welcome.
We'd love for you to try Dzeny before committing to anything. That's why we offer a 7-day free trial — no payment required to get started, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period at absolutely no charge. We hope you find it helpful.
Dzeny is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) via the App Store, and on Android devices via Google Play. We recommend keeping the app updated to always have access to the latest features and improvements.
At the moment, Dzeny is available as a mobile app only — a web version isn't available just yet. The mobile format is designed to make it easy to check in with yourself throughout the day, wherever you are. You can download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play to get started.

Subscription & Billing

We want Dzeny to be as accessible as possible. After the 7-day free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue. Current pricing is shown in the app during sign-up and may vary by region. We're sorry to hear you're thinking about leaving — if something wasn't quite right, we'd genuinely love to hear from you at general@dzeny.com. To cancel, simply go to your device settings: on iOS — Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Dzeny, then Cancel; on Android — Google Play, then Subscriptions, then Dzeny, then Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We completely understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Refund eligibility depends on the platform you purchased through (Apple App Store or Google Play) and the circumstances of your request.
