The Dzeny editorial team brings together clinical psychologists, CBT and Gestalt specialists, ICF coaches and the engineers who build Dzeny. Every article is written against clinical sources and reviewed before publication.
Dzeny is a mental wellbeing service used by more than 60,000 people a month. Our editorial team decides what we write about and how: topics come from the questions people actually bring to the app, and every draft is checked against clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed research before it goes out. How we work with a text. A specialist with relevant clinical background writes or reviews the draft. Claims about symptoms, diagnoses and treatment are checked against primary sources — clinical guidelines, meta-analyses, validated questionnaires. Anything we cannot support is removed rather than softened. Every material carries the date of its last review. What we never do: diagnose, prescribe, or promise recovery. Our tests are screening tools, not diagnoses. When a topic touches acute risk, we say plainly that a person needs a clinician, and we give the emergency numbers.
